GAO: Not enough info on border security technology

Fixing the southern border problem will cost a lot of money. In January, the Department of Homeland Security canceled all future procurements for a virtual fence and developed the Arizona Border Surveillance Technology Plan to combat illegal immigration.

Rich Stana, director of Homeland Security and Justice Issues at the Government Accountability Office, tells In Depth with Francis Rose if the new plan is on the right track.
