U.S. Marine Gen. James N. Mattis, commander of U.S. Central Command, is ordering better coordination with the Pakistani military, and he says that all border stations must be known and mapped. This after the Pentagon has identified mistakes in a border incident that killed two dozen Pakistani soldiers. The report says the deaths were due to a persistent lack of trust between the U.S. and Pakistan. Pakistani officials say the U.S. has still not apologized.
