Today, the Council for Excellence in Government released the Federal CFO Roadmap to give current and in-coming CFO’s insights about the job, the duties and the issues facing them.

Patricia Healy is currently the chairwoman of the CFO Strategic Advisors to Government Executives community.

She formerly served as the deputy CFO at the Agriculture Department, now works for CGI — and tells us more about what CFO’s need to know. Click to hear the interview.
