The verdict is in: the Supreme Court has ruled part of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act unconstitutional.

Specifically, the protection that Public Company Accounting Oversight Board members receive has been ruled unconstitutional.

But what does this mean for the dozens of other independent federal agencies?
