Federal pay has been a big issue in Congress all year. But now the Washington Post has found out that many people on Capitol Hill haven’t paid their taxes. Tim Farnam is a reporter with the Washington Post. He says there are about 18,000 people working on Capitol Hill, and it might surprise you how much they owe in back taxes.
