The National Park Service will celebrate its 100th birthday on Aug. 25. The NPS is inviting the public to help it mark that milestone by paying a visit to a nearby national park.

In 2015, 307,247,252 people recreated in the National Park System. This photo gallery counts down the 10 most visited national parks in 2015.
