This week on “Fed Access”, Dr. Andrea Morris, director of Urban Resilience, Arlington Economic Development, in Arlington County Virginia, joins host Derrick Dortch to discuss steps cities and urban areas can take to help them bounce back quickly from natural disasters, economic downturns, and terrorist attacks.
Dr. Morris also gives her thoughts on what officials can do now to lessen the impact of events beyond their control, such as developing hurricane evacuation and economic development plans for their cities.
