The stimulus and your marching orders collide

Federal agencies are infusing billions of dollars into the US economy, but what happens when the stimulus money is gone? What are the chances the economy will rebound quickly given that the recession has affected so many sectors and banks still are not lending like they used to? These are questions Congress will need to answer when members return from their August recess.
