Satisfaction ratings drop for Defense Travel System

You’ve heard of Orbitz and Travelocity. The Pentagon runs its own travel booking site too, but satisfaction ratings have dropped, in part, because people say it’s too confusing. FederalTimes got ahold of a poll indicating that two in three users of the Defense Travel System say it’s hard to navigate and understand. Pam Mitchell leads the Defense Travel Management Office which runs the Web site. She joins us with details on what they’re doing to spruce up this picture.
