The Postal Service recorded a loss of $8.5 billion dollars in 2010. It projects it will lose another $6.4 billion in 2011. Federal News Radio has spoken with the Postal Service about its plans to get back in the black. Now, the Government Accountability Office is weighing in. Phil Herr, director of physical infrastructure issues for GAO, joins us to discuss what his office is recommending.
