McChrystal to oversee military family initiative

In a new initiative, the White House is reaching out to military families…. just not the gay ones. When First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden announced the “Joining Forces” program this week, CBSNews reports civilian representatives of gay and lesbian military families were barred from the White House event.
