Like large corporations, the Postal Service by law has a board to govern and oversee its activities. But the Postal Board of Governors, established by the 1970 law that established the Postal Service itself, has a problem. At the moment it has zero confirmed members. Maybe it's time to revise the USPS governance model. Charles Crum, director of operations research at the Postal Service Office of Inspector General, shares more details.
