Rory Cooper, director of the human engineering research laboratories for the Veterans Affairs Department and a finalist in this year’s Service to America Medals program, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to discuss his work as a leading figure in the development of better wheelchairs, sports equipment and other assistive gear.
