Senators decided to hold off until noon on Monday to seek a vote on some sort of a bill to open the federal government. Members have many issues besides direct spending levels over which they disagree. Loren Duggan, Bloomberg Government editorial director, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to provide details on the issues preventing Congress from passing a budget.
