Even if Congress had the skills to craft a budget for what’s left of fiscal 2018, they probably don’t have time to do it before this Thursday’s deadline. So that means either another shutdown or another continuing resolution. Larry Allen, president of Allen Federal Business Partners, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to provide more insight on what could happen and other contractor issues.
