The Trump administration has launched a slew of initiatives aimed at reforming federal agencies and the policies for people who work in them. The overall plan is still coming into focus, but we know a lot more now after the 2019 budget request from early February. Robert Shea, a principal at Grant Thornton and former associate director at the Office of Management and Budget, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin with an assessment.
