NASA is about to get its 10th administrator since launching the Hubble Space Telescope in 1990. As it does every year, NASA is releasing photos and visualizations of data Hubble has gathered from some structure far away in space on the anniversary of the program debut. How does an agency sustain a program that long? For how it works behind the scenes, Hubble program executive Jeffrey Hayes joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
