They may be called mess halls, but they are pretty neat. The National Restaurant Association recently gave out its military food service awards and this year’s winners in the Marine Corps category were Barry Lee, Sodexo District Manager, and Carlos Middlebrooks, the technical representative for regional food garrison food contract at Camp Lejune. Federal News Radio’s Scott Maucione spoke with them on Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
