Joining us this week is the legendary “Mistress of Mixology” Gina Chersevani, who has teamed with National Harbor to promote to its new “Harbor Dome Summer Snow Globe,” a self-contained 10,000 sq. ft. ”club,” where it snows (yes, really) every hours, and where live bands and great food and drink about. Gina concocted several, signature cocktails for the Harbor Dome and … we get tot taste them all!

Dean and Deluca, legendary in New York AND Washington, has a new focus on wellness and the foods that presents itself I a number of ways, including a delicious new line of health bars. Exec chef Will McCormick and general manger Chris Vizas are in with delicious tastes and talk of Dean and Deluca.

We had them on the show when they first opened in DC’s Mosaic District. – Now Choolaah Indian BBQ, a fast casual concept that offering authentic, Indian flavors in healthy options, is opening more locations. Owner Simran Sethi is in to disclose Choolaah’s plans for world domination.

The name Jerry Zawacki may not yet ring a bell, but we’re thinking it will soon. Late of Rose’s Luxury (where he worked under chef to the stars, Aaron Silverman) and Hazel, Jerry now has his own gig at Service Bar DC, where he has significantly upped the offering with creative feats of culinary magic, all while promoting a “no waste” kitchen, where everything edible is utilized in one dish or another. We tasted a bunch of it and…it was awesome. Tune in to hear how Jerry exploits his talents for the diner’s benefit.

And, Foodie and the Beast love their drinks! So, we have ANXO’s (that’s pronounced, “Ancho’s”) Sam Fitz in talking cider (or cidre, depending on whether or not you want to sound Euro and cosmopolitan!)- ANXO’s ciders are only made from apples and have the range and variety of tastes and finishes that wine does. We tried ‘em and … we LIKED ‘em a lot! Listen in to hear why.
