When most co-workers have lunch together, they wind up talking about work no matter how hard they try. The same thing is true here. I had lunch with Mike Causey today, and took along my recorder just in case he said something pithy. We talked about open season, some changes that may be coming to the TSP, and when you might hear about your 2010 pay raise.
