Foreign Service rebuilds workforce

The Foreign Service has undergone some major changes in the past couple of years. We wanted to find out where the Service stands in terms of rebuilding and augmenting the foreign service workforce. Ambassador Ronald Neumann is the former Ambassador to Algeria, Bahrain and Afghanistan and President of the American Academy of Diplomacy.
