In Depth with Francis Rose starts its summer recess on July 4th. Federal News Radio’s DoD Reporter, Jared Serbu, will be filling in for Francis while he’s on vacation. Federal employees can also enjoy some vacation time thanks to Independence Day. Marvin Bond is the editor of Recreation News.
