The TechAmerica Foundation’s Commission on Government Technology Opportunity in the 21st Century just completed a report (Volume I and Volume II) on improving government acquisition and management of IT systems.

Joining the DorobekINSIDER to discuss the report’s recommended 33-step action plan were Steve Kelman, a professor at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and co-chair of TechAmerica’s Commission; and Trey Hodgkins, TechAmerica’s Vice President for National Security and Procurement Policy.
