They overcharged the federal government and now they’re paying for it.

Network Appliance Inc. (also known as NetApp.) has been ordered to pay $128 million to settle allegations that it overcharged GSA customers, according to the Federal Times.

The settlment comes after a whistleblower filed a complaint under the False Claims Act.
