GSA stops using new vendors for office supplies

The General Services Administration is suspending Schedule 75 for office supplies to any new vendors starting October 1.

The goal is to encourage agencies to use the new blanket purchase agreements signed with 15 companies in June.

But the decision to close the schedule for two years to new offers surprised and upset many small businesses.
