They will go over a check list of items that contractors should address during the mergers and acquisitions process, including the requirements for novation agreement, the role of contract compliance, and the mandatory disclosure clause.
Kipa will also provide his insight as to how key contract terms are used in valuing federal contracts during a mergers and acquisitions due diligence review.
