This week on “Off the Shelf”, Tiffany Hixson, assistant commissioner, GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories and the government-wide category manager for Professional Services, provides an update on the Professional Services Category Strategic Plan, the OASIS contract vehicles, and the Professional Services Schedules.

Hixson shares her insights regarding trends in the professional services market including efforts to improve “spend under management.”

She also shares the vision for FAS’s category management structure/reorganization as well as ongoing efforts to seek input and feedback from customer agencies and contractors via the Acquistion Gateway.
