February Community Spotlight

The Federal News Network Community Spotlight is Easterseals

Since 1945, Easterseals has worked tirelessly to enhance quality of life and expand access to healthcare, education, and employment in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We provide comprehensive services to children and adults with disabilities and to those with military backgrounds – regardless of their ability to pay.

Easterseals is creating a hopeful, inclusive community where all people realize their potential and live meaningful lives.

Want to support the work of Easterseals DC MD VA while having fun? Make plans to attend or sponsor “Bright Stars” Night at the Circus, Presented by M&T Bank, on Saturday, February 24 in Tysons Corner. This fun-filled night features a multi-abled cast and crew who reimagine a “circus for all”! Funds raised from the family-friendly event will help Easterseals continue to serve the thousands of children and adults with disabilities, including wounded warriors and other veterans.
