The Insider threat has emerged as the most persistent challenge in cybersecurity. No matter, the Defense Department is moving ahead with new rules for defense contractors aimed at limiting damage from insiders with security clearance. Jim Harris, senior counsel for the law firm Holland and Knight, shares all the details on Pentagon Solutions.

Of the millions of contracts the government awards annually, only a relative handful — 2,500 — are protested. But bid and award protests have a lot of impact and cost. Both the House and Senate are proposing protest reform in their versions of the 2017 National Defense Authorization Act, but would these reforms be helpful?  For analysis, Pentagon Solutions turns to Stuart Turner, a counsel at the law firm Arnold and Porter.
