Most users don’t follow password rules

You know the password rules: Use a different password for every site, make your password at least 11 characters, and don’t tell anyone your password.

But how many of us actually follow those rules?

A new poll from BitDefender found more than 70 percent of users use the same password across multiple sites.

Virus Bulletin reports these results highlight the fact that the user is the weakest link in the security chain.
