The Federal Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board has a mid-October deadline to complete work on version 2.0 of Recovery.gov.
That’s the website that is supposed to give citizens a chance to track federal stimulus spending down to their own neighborhoods.
The board has officially issued its request for proposal to find a company to redesign the site.
