Former winners of the Nobel Peace Prize include the Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela and Woodrow Wilson.

Now, one man is suggesting that Twitter should be the next peace prize winner.

Mark Pfeifle is the former deputy national security advisor for strategic communications and global outreach and now is a vice president at the new media group S4 Inc.

Pfeifle he recently wrote a column about this and tells us more.
