Federal cybersecurity depends on private sector

“Relationship” has been the key word at Thursday’s AFCEA cybersecurity symposium, and they aren’t talking about Match.com.

Federal and industry officials say the computer security of federal networks depends more on the government’s relationship with the private sector than almost anything else.

That is why there are several ongoing initiatives trying to improve trust and confidence between and among key players.
