ManTech finalizes acquisition of S&IS

ManTech International has completed its acquisition of QinetiQ Security and Intelligence Solutions Unit. The deal is for $60 million in cash. S&IS provides integrated security solutions to the Department of Defense and the intelligence community. It recently won a prime position on the Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services contract. The Unit will be integrated into ManTech’s Mission, Cyber and Technology Solutions Group.
