BRAC ramps could be blocked by study

A federal study is causing more concern over the BRAC transition to the Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia. The Federal Highways Administration has opened an environmental impact study into the construction of a key access ramp between the Mark Center and I-395. As first reported, and according to the Washington Business Journal, the study could push back construction by up to 18 months.
