GAO: Bureau of Diplomatic Security not ready for role in Iraq

The Pentagon is on course to move most military personnel out of Iraq by the end of the year. But the agency that would take over security of the remaining U.S. diplomats and contractors will not be ready to protect them. That’s according to a new GAO report. Jess Ford is Director of International Affairs and Trade at GAO. He testified today on Capitol Hill.
